With 20 years of experience cooking BBQ across the country while serving in the United States Army, our Pit Boss (Brady) is excited to present his vision to you and all our guests. Our caring and committed staff will ensure you have a fantastic experience with us.
The Story
BAM BAM BBQ's Pit Boss and Owner Brady McManus is a 23-year veteran of the United States Army. During his first 10 years, he was enlisted and served as a Blackhawk Crew Chief where he was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas from 2000 to 2003. This is where he first fell in love with BBQ. From that moment on he was obsessed with studying and learning the process to make the best possible BBQ and all the sides. He was determined to use only the freshest ingredients and original recipes. Pitboss Brady was first stationed in Arizona at Fort Huachuca in 2014. After that time there he fell in love with the community and decided the second he left to return here to retire and start a BBQ restaurant. Brady retired in June of 2023 as a Major and though he will truly miss being a Soldier, he is dedicated to bringing the best BBQ to Cochise County for the foreseeable future.
We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our food into your home. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top-notch! Make sure you follow our Facebook page to find out where we will be set up!!
